Brill Team

Not the best shot in the world but a rare one of all the sound dept together.

Our sound department is headed up by Peter Brill. Peter is a veteran of the Scottish film industry and has been kind enough to work on a few of my shorts. Sometimes, if you're lucky and a blagger, you can get the A-Team to work for a fraction, if not for free, on your short films. It's important to remember this when the big gig comes your way later on or if you're making stuff with dosh attached to it.

The sound technician is Tony Cook and has worked with David before on Young Adam. Unusually, he was the first person to be recruited into the sound department, this was as a result of his fantastic work on Young Adam and his inch perfect positioning of the mic.

Thayna is the sound dept asst. Who I first met working on short films in Glasgow, she's great.
