Mounting fervour...

...as the screening of the film gets closer.

Old friend of Hallam Foe and David Mackenzie, Hugh Macleod, has posted on gapingvoid.com about the upcoming screening of the film and it seems we may be blessed with the presence of one Jason Calacanis.

I think it's great that the film is gathering momentum amongst a host of people in the blogosphere, even though people are under no obligation to write about the film. I will publish a full guest list at the beginning of next week so that the tracking of the latest screening and people reactions to the movie can begin on Friday morning. Although having said that the mighty Gia managed to blog about the last screening whilst tucked up in bed that very same evening. Beat that for a speedy response.

There's a chance I may still have a couple of tickets for the screening. It's on Thursday next week in London so if anyone still fancies coming along then send me an email and I'll see what I can do.

There will be a Q&A session afterwards with David Mackenzie, Gillian Berrie, Jamie Bell and Sophia Myles after the screening.

Have a great weekend.

Well it's a shame I can't go to the screening. Not that I would be able to because I have Gcse's on. Oh the joy. But I hope the screening goes smoothly and is appreciated for all its worth.

Hallam Foe will definitely make my summer, whether I'm 18 or not ;)

Love xo

I'm really sorry about that Emmy, I'm sure you'll manage to sneak into a cinema somewhere though. I would.

Oh Colin I have every intention to! Don't you worry. Just don't report me to the authorities :)

Quick question. is the Q&A going to be filmed then uploaded for all to watch?

Love xo

CK
Glad to hear it! Enjoy!

We are going to record the Q&A yes.

There's a lot of bloggers outside England who will never be able to come and see the movie in London - and who probably will never see the movie at the theatres, only if they order a DVD.. Is there a chance there's ever gonna be anything like a Q&A session for the overseas bloggers? Now or after the UK premiere? Perhaps, it could be possible.. I mean, if people could post their questions here (or somewhere else).. Not that I myself have millions of questions to ask (I'm in the middle of the filmig process right now and I'm not actually able to think I'm afraid), but I know that lack of Q&A session was the only thing to have disappointed me at the Berlinale (even if there was such a session somewhere, I didn't know that).

CK
Hi Helge,

I think the plan is that we will record the Q&A, video and hopefully audio too and we will post it here on the blog and the movie site at www.haveyouseenhallamfoe.com

So you should be able to get to see it in some form of podcast and then hopefully a DVD extra in the future too.

You know you can always write to me here at the blog and I will pass on any questions you have to David and Gillian and can also forward stuff to the cast so please feel free to write any time and I'll make sure the relevant people get pestered.

Hi there, i'm a massive fan of Young Adam and Jamie Bell. I was wondering if there were any tickets left for the screening in london?

Many thanks for you time

Duke

CK
I'll look into it for you Duke, I think I sent you an email today and have passed on your details.

Hey Colin! I'm looking forward to seeing the film on Thursday. Has it changed much since the other screening? I can't guarantee that I'll be blogging the same night this time... though if I don't stay until the bitter end (when they kicked us out!) again I might be able to. :)
